Two decades down the lane the population was very less and it would be scary to go out after evening. But now, it has developed so much that you don't need to go to a faraway city to get what you need. As the complex is surrounded by hospitals, supermarkets, parks, schools and colleges.

The ambience of the complex is beautiful. All the facilities which are essential are almost available at your doorstep. Public transport is also cheap and comfortable. This is the best place to reside for employees working in the IT Sector. Super markets for shopping, schools, parks for kids are in close vicinity.

Whitefield is enriched with luxury and Govt hospitals, educational institutions, meditation centres, shopping complexes, restaurants, pubs/bars. This is one of the best residential places in Bangalore. Neighbourhood around here is really friendly and helpful. Proper water supply and electricity supply is available. Grocery stores, Shopping Complexes are well within 5KM radius. There are really good schools like Narayana-e- techno School nearby .The locality is always clean and hygienic.

As the area is very close to big malls and hospitals there are frequent traffic jams in the area so it is very difficult to reach other places during emergency times. And the area is very deserted at nights so it's not safe to roam alone outside freely especially during night times
