A quiet and safe neighborhood with a small park near by for kids to play and bike. The place has easy access to local vegetable markets and good restaurants. From the terrace, one can a get a good view of the neighborhood and there is plenty of ventilation and fresh air (pollution less). The place is close to ORR as well read more

Lack of nearby metro and while expansion is the works, Not sure when metro would start. Other than that there is nothing really wrong with the locality read more

It is very close to an industrial area, so we can easily get to work. Shopping malls and hospitals are only about 1 km away, and public transportation and private transportation, such as auto taxis, are also readily available. In terms of safety, a good police station is nearby, and patrol vehicles are on the move all night.
