Parking space is available and designated parking spots are alloted to all residents. cabs are easily available outside the society. Roads are perfect outside the society and street lights are functional at night as well. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained and garbage collections are done on time. CCTV cameras are installed. Elevators are maintained on timely basis. Water supply and electricity are available for 24*7 in the society. Power backup is available in the society. Facilities and Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Issues are resolved on time when raised by the residents. The neighbourhood of this society is very good and many events and festivals are celebrated together in this society. read more
Metro is a bit far from the society, there are no nearby metro station around the society. seepage and leakage issues are very common in falts and outside building walls. The construction quality of the buildings is average. read more

My time in that society was mostly enjoyable. The construction was well-done, providing a comfortable living environment. The amenities like the gym, clubs, and nearby market areas added to the convenience and made life more enjoyable. Being close to a metro station made commuting easy, which was a big plus. And perhaps most importantly, I always felt safe there, with no major safety concerns to worry about. read more
There were a few issues that bothered me. One significant problem was the leakage issue on the top floor flat, which caused inconvenience and raised concerns about potential damage to property. Additionally, while there were CCTV cameras installed, it was disappointing that they were only on the ground floor, leaving other floors potentially vulnerable. Moreover, the lack of storage for CCTV recordings meant there was no way to review footage if needed. Another issue was the inconsistent functioning of the lifts, which often caused delays and inconvenience for residents, especially those on higher floors. read more
