It is an industrial area so the noise and pollution is very much high. Always noise from factories and traffic and the air can be quite polluted. The area can also be quite congested exptionally during peak hours which can make commuting a challenge. The area lacks green spaces and parks which can be a drawback for natural lovers. The area is prone to power outages and water shortage which can be frustrating sometimes. read more

Pollution is never an issue here. The area and the greenery around ensure a pollution-free living experience.
While the house is located away from the main road, it is only a 5-10 minute walk. This ensures that you are away from the traffic honks on the road, and at the same time having access to the same for restaurants, malls etc. read more
