Development in and around Gaur city I is going at full swing. The metro project, film city, airport, etc. will all add to the liveability of this place. Markets are nearby the Ghaziabad railway station is just 10 km from here. The pollution here is less as well due to the green zones maintained here by the local authorities.

The Greater Noida region is very unsafe for women, especially at night. The infrequent NMRC bus service adds to the daily discomfort of women during commute. The shared cabs are cramped up and it's only when you reach the metro station when you feel safe. Greenery around the area is decent and Proximity to IT hubs is a plus.

Many people want to move in at Gaur City I, owing to its proximity to the Noida SEZ. Lots of greenery and basic amenities are reachable nearby. The upcoming Aqua metro line will also improve connectivity, followed by residential demand for Gaur City I.

Gaur City I is still an upcoming residential hub due to under-developed facilities nearby. Hospitals and schools are good, but the market is far-off from the place. Public transport is irregular here because there is no metro line here yet and bus service is not frequent. Shared cab service is available in the area which can cause inordinate delays to office. read more

Gaur City I is in Sector 4, Greater Noida overlooking the Taj Expressway. The area is alright, mid-to-high cost properties available here. The connectivity is poor, though the Aqua Line of the Delhi Metro will improve that. The area is not at all safe, especially for women at night.
