Even Eleven Apna Ghar is a low-cost project in Mumbai's Mira Road area. Everything is available easily even good colleges, shops and other facilities are available. The connectivity is very good as it hardly takes some time to reach the public transport or get a cab a doorstep. Ample parking space for residents and visitors is available. Apna Ghar Phase II Plot A is 23.2 kilometers from the domestic airport of Santa Cruz and 24.6 kilometers from the international airport of Chhatrapati Shivaji. Parking is plentiful. Water and electricity are never a problem because they are always available. The national highway is only a half-hour drive away, so it is easy to connect to others.
