People in the society are known for being friendly and cooperative, fostering a pleasant living environment. Maintenance charges are also reasonable, making it affordable for residents to maintain the society's upkeep. The ambiance of the locality is commendable, with spacious and decent surroundings adding to residents' comfort. Housekeeping services are exemplary, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained. The flats boast excellent ventilation, thanks to spacious balconies that allow for ample airflow. I really like the construction quality here, we haven't experienced any issues like seepage or termite problems. Ventilation is excellent, and it's convenient to have good connectivity and nearby public transport options. Having a market nearby is handy, and parking is always available. We get regular electricity and water supply, which is important for our daily needs. Our neighbors are friendly and cooperative, and security feels reliable with CCTV cameras and guards. The garbage collection system, with separate bins for wet and dry waste, is managed efficiently. read more

Things need improvement

One thing that concerns me is the lack of amenities in our society. There isn't even a garden, and it's worrying that children play in the parking area, which isn't ideal for safety. Despite these concerns, the other facilities meet expectations, and overall, we haven't encountered any major issues during our time here. read more

Connectivity, like Ola and Uber, is easy within the society. If we book Ola, it's reliable. Within a 500-meter radius from here, water facilities are very good, and power backup is reliable. Garbage collection is also very efficient; they collect waste daily. There's a small community feel in this society. The greenery focus is very good, creating a peaceful environment here. D-Mart is available within walking distance, making shopping convenient. read more
