Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available within the society, which is very convenient for daily use. Power backup is reliable and available around the clock. Amenities include a swimming pool, community hall, and a well-maintained tennis court. Maintenance is reasonable in the society. The metro station is nearby, within a distance of about 800 meters, making local transport very accessible. The society is a gated community, ensuring security with good facilities. Even during nighttime, the CCTV surveillance is available at various locations, making it very convenient. Cleanliness is well maintained in the society. read more

Amenities like clubhouse, gym, and basketball courts are available in the society. However, the construction quality is not good, and there are some issues with seepage in certain apartments, affecting their integrity. read more

I have been living here for 8 years, and I haven't faced any issues like leakage or seepage in my flat. The location of the society is very good, with easy availability of autos and buses. Water is available 24/7. Cleanliness is maintained well. The residents are very friendly, and festivals are celebrated together. The society has a gym, swimming pool, playground, and play area. read more

Things need improvement

There are 48 flats in the society, which makes the maintenance charges higher. While I haven't faced any leakage or seepage issues in my flat, other residents have reported such problems. There isn't enough space in the society for additional amenities. The metro station is 1. 5 km away from the society. read more

There are no issues with cracks or leaks in the society's walls. Auto rickshaws and rickshaws are readily available and nearby on time. The society is cleaned regularly, and garbage is collected on time. Security is also tight, and neighbors are friendly. read more

There were some issues with the society's water heater and sometimes water didn't come on time. There were problems with parking because there were no allotted parking places and there were no amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or garden where people could relax inside the society. grocery store is not in the society. read more

It is a safe society to live in. It is family oriented, no bachelor's around here. The place is good I have been living here for long. The shopping complex, schools are available around easily. The transportation is great always easily accessible. As the society is really old so it needs little bit of maintenance for the walls, paints, and all amenities.
