T nagar is presently the best locality in Chennai now. all the roads have been repaired dedicated traffic police station limited power for no flooding as they have been repaired and the flooding issues have been completely resolved since last year with not a single incident of loading proud to live here for past few years raised to children in good schools nearby and not a single instance of the dissatisfaction. read more

Lack of some good multi speciality hospital metro station connectivity is not available nearby sometime facing high traffic jam area is very expensive for living sometime power cutting problem. read more

T Nagar often faces significant traffic jams caused by intense business operations, especially in the time around festivals when there are many shoppers. Additionally, the ongoing noise can be bothersome due to the continuous movement and work. The heavy traffic volume can lead to feeling of being crowded and disorderly at certain times. Parking is also an issue here. read more

Maintainance system was zero like common area were very much dirty . very unhygenic maintainance. leakage and seepage issues were there. managing commitee has zero transperancy with resident,tenant was not allowed in the commitee meetings. there was nothing in the club house. societies lights are very dim. read more
