Public transport and also medical facilities are available near the area. There is no parking issue and no water problem in the area. There are so many banks and ATMs available near the apartment.

There are so many supermarkets and restaurants located within 1 km of the apartment. The place is very calm and peaceful and the roads of that area are well constructed and connective.
