BTM Layout is a good location in Bengaluru. In terms of connectivity it's very close to Electronic City,HSR and Bellandur areas. In case,if the job location is on Whitefield or Manyatha then that place is not the best choice. In my opinions it's old famous area and bit over crowded in terms of people as well as traffic! And coming to safety,Banglore is much better than any other part of North India. But every Indian city is not safe if anymore is in wrong place at wrong time!Living conditions are also better as well! It's a multi-cultural,multi&lingual city.I have seen most North Indians stay in apartments where they can find good number of population from North. read more

BTM LAYOUT will drain your wallet, even if you are in a Top product based company,if you stay in BTM Layout your wallet will be drained, every thing is too costly be it beer,or food.A 1 BHK will demand you 12-15 K with no facilities. So,the reason for this is the people over crowd BTM Layout,as the demand is high so they hike the price. If you stay little 2 km away from BTM Layout in ropena agrahara, you would get single rooms for 5k too,so please don't hype BTM Layout and make the Filthy Telugu PG caretakers and less educated local people rich. Also,in BTM Layout, you would find Kerala style cuisine and too much chillies stuffed Andhara cusines. There is a lot of traffic in this area, which contributes to the high pollution levels. It is also very difficult to find a taxi in this busy area. This charming locality in Banglore stands out for its affordability, offering relatively low rents and flat prices compared to other areas in the city. read more
