THIS INDEPENDANT BUILDING COMES WITH 3 HOUSES. ONE DUPLEX HOUSE WITH 4 BEDROOMS, 4 BATHROOMS AND 2 LIVING ROOMS (ONE IN THE LOWER LEVEL AND ONE IN 1ST FLOOR) AND A DINING ROOM.
THERE ARE 2 RENTAL HOUSES ABOVE THE DUPLEX HOUSE . EACH UNIT IS A 1BHK THAT PROVIDES A VERY GOOD RENTAL INCOME EVERY MONTH.
1. There are 2 metro stations at a 10 min walkable distance from home. Atthiguppe metro station and deepanjali nagar metro station are easily accessible by walk.
2. Kaveri water supply is available 24/7 and water from borewell is also available in plenty.
Two large separate water tanks are installed for corporate and borewell water with a flexibility merge them as needed.
3. There is a gasline pipe connection from outside the house to the entire building (duplex and 2 rental houses)
4.Super markets, local groceries, fruit market, vegetable vendors are very close by (walkable distance).
