Almost negligible power cuts, walking distance to two metro stations and bus stand, markets and parks on walking distances, Locality is famous for having adjoining hindu temples, jain temple, and a gurdwara and a church. Zomato and blinkit have exceptionally fast deliveries. read more

street dogs are a issue during night time. in order to travel north you have to cross madhuban chowk which is a fairly busy intersection on most days. read more

Power cuts are very seldom, mostly uninterrupted power supply with no cost till 200 units consumption. Many schools like DAV, KV, GD Goenka, Sarvodaya Co-Ed, Prestige Convent and many others in the vicinity. Ambience Rohini, Kings Mall, City Centre, Metro Walk, D Mall and North Ex Mall are within 2-5 KM radius. Many economical restaurants like Pind Balluchi, Metro Grill Restrobar, Vinayak Restaurant, Apni Rasoi, Punjabi Rasoi etc are present in the neighbourhood. Rohini East/Pitampura metro station of Red Line are within walking distance. The locality is just off the Outer Ring Road of Delhi where another Metro Line is coming up connecting it directly to Janakpuri and other areas. Auto/Cabs/e-rickshaws are easily available. The locality is gated and feels quite safe even at midnight. Hospitals like Hitaishi Hospital, Saroj Super Speciality Hospital, BR Ambedkar Hospital among others along with many clinics are within reach.
