All the essentials are available nearby in my neighbourhood in Mathikere. It has moderate levels of pollution. Roads are poorly maintained. The cost of living in the area is high.
Mathikere is an upcoming residential area bordered on 2 sides by the arterial C.V, Raman Road and the Tumkur road. The area is close to IT and business parks in the area and this factor has kept the demand for housing in the area up. Mathikere has excellent train and metro connectivity with stations in the area. The area has excellent road connectivity as well. The other popular residential localities in the area include Yeshwantpur, Ashwathnagar, Jalahalli, Sanjaynagar and Pampanagar. A large proportion of the property in Mathikere ocnsists of residential homes and residential plots. Onlty 23% of all the property available are apartments and they are mostly 2,3 and 4 bedroom apartments. The area is quite well developed and there are quality schools, hospitals, shopping malls, parks and gardens in the area. There are several prestigous residential projects that have neared completion and they have apartments ready to move. These projects include Shriram Sadhana, DS Max Splash, Sagar Park View, Divya MSR Gateway and Sovereign Dollar heights. The area is posh and very liveable though the ocst of property is still on the affordable side. Overall infrastructure is also good here. Read More
