Good things here

I appreciated the good connectivity, with easily available transport options like autos and cabs, and well-maintained roads. Schools, hospitals, and markets were conveniently nearby. Each resident had designated parking with rules strictly followed. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation was well-managed. The neighbors were nice and friendly. Elevators were installed and well-maintained, and the presence of CCTV cameras and security guards provided a sense of security. read more

Things need improvement

There were issues with leakage in the walls, and the swimming pool and clubhouse were closed most of the time. Additionally, the committee members were very rude, which was a significant drawback. read more

Good things here

Autos are easily available near the society. There is no issue with leakage, and the flat has good ventilation with ample sunlight. The society has all modern amenities. Cleanliness is well-maintained. Festivals are celebrated together by the residents, who are decent and cooperative. There is enough greenery in the society. read more

Things need improvement

The society is currently experiencing road narrowing and traffic jams due to ongoing metro construction nearby. The water quality in the society is not good, the swimming pool is under maintenance, and there is some dampness on the walls. read more

From the society, autos and buses were easily available, and there were no traffic issues. There were no issues with leakage or seepage. The residents were decent. Cleanliness was maintained, and water was available 24/7. read more

In the society, there was a gym, but it lacked sufficient equipment. The swimming pool was not well-maintained, and the garden was small. Festivals were not celebrated extensively. read more

Perungudi is a residential cum commercial locality in the south Chennai area close to the sea. The neighbouring localities include Guindy, Velachery, VGP Selva Nagar and TP Nagar. These localities are well developed and have all amenities.
