Located in the heart of South Delhi, E block GK 1, offers everything - schools, colleges, metro, hospitals, food outlets and every household requirement. Kailash colony market is walking distance, M block GK 1 is close by, Nehru Place is at an arms length and select city walk mall is 15 minute drive. There is perfect blend of branded restaurants, street foods and wholesale markets for everyday usage. The society has regular celebrations and the Holi party is one of the best with some lip smacking food from old Delhi. read more

Being a south Delhi hub with close proximity to schools, markets (M block, Kailash Colony, N Block, R block), traffic congestion has become an issue especially during peak hours. people from all over Delhi and even Gurgaon come to these markets making parking an issue read more
