The area is home to pubs, so it's expected to be crowded and have a lot of traffic. The cost of living, including housing and utilities, is higher than in some other parts of Bangalore. Parking, especially for visitors, is not good enough. Water supply is a problem, in summer time it's too much. No Metro access nearby is also a concern. Kormangala was a very nice place. Here, so much accommodation is available at a high and low rate . Here nearby somany hotels, pubs, etc. are available from here we can enjoy more life will be more colourful and enjoyable. Here transportation is so easy and very easily available busses are there for all routes and nearby markets also there. The Mall is a very famous 2 malls, nexus and Forum Mall. The food orders are also available. read more

Good public transport like BMTC bustand is there in walkable distance.Uber rapido ola are easily accessible in 4th cross. Roads are almost well maintained. No much humps and speed breakers. Frequent police patrollings to reduce malpractice. Parks and work out are well maintained area of the building. In nearby. Friendly neighborhood . Supermarkets,malls,and pubs are very closer. read more

There is no water available in the building. No international schools are available and building have a small parking area and too much tenants so parking issues are common. No metro facility available within three kilometres. Frequent powercuts are common during day and night nowadays. Nights are not safe in local areas for anyone especially for Zomato swiggy guys.
