Good things here

Ample parking space available in the society. Timely garbage collection ensures cleanliness. Convenient access to nearby local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants. Reliable water supply with 24/7 availability of drinking water. Effective drainage system prevents waterlogging issues. Excellent ventilation contributes to a peaceful atmosphere. Designated parking space allotted to all residents. CCTV installed for security purposes. Well-maintained lifts for smooth vertical transport. Pet-friendly community. Residents are decent and cooperative towards each other. read more

Things need improvement

The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. I feel that the RWA does not maintain the society nicely. Occationally public transport is available, Everytime public transport is not available outside the society. electricity issues are faced in the society as there are power cut issues that happens daily. Issues are not resolved on time, continuous follow ups has to be done. The buildings are in very poor condition, Paintings are not done on time. The constructuion quality is not good in the Building, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced a lot in the society. Plaster quality is very poor. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park and central parks are available in the society but it is not operational sometimes. read more

Good things here

Water was available 24/7. Cleanliness and hygiene were up to the mark. Festivals were celebrated together, and residents were cooperative and friendly. Parking was allocated for everyone. There were no issues with leakage or seepage in my flat, and public transport was easily accessible. read more

Things need improvement

The drainage in the society emitted a foul smell. The management of the society was not efficient. I heard there were construction-related issues in other flats. When I lived there, the clubhouse was under construction, so the gym and swimming pool were not operational. read more

Good things here

Ventilation is fine. The locality offers good connectivity with easy access to autos and cabs, and the metro. All amenities are available, including a garden, children's play area, gym, clubs, and a park. There are no leakage or seepage issues. The water supply is reliable, and the lift quality is satisfactory. The community is friendly, and the overall environment is positive. read more

There is no swimming pool within the society. The electricity supply is unreliable, and the railway station is far. Additionally, not all neighbors are very friendly. read more
