Great location, purely residential area and friendly location. No commercials factories around so the pollution is low, plenty of trees around. Peaceful area with no sounds disturbances. Working class people around with no slums. Great area to live with good security and no crime. Even late night to roam has no issues for females as well. Water is 24X7, electricity 24X7 and best connectivity. Future connection for Dahisar link road to bhayandar via coastal road, so you can bypass Dahisar check naka altogether. Higher floor views are superb with Ozone residency being the last developed project with the highest tower so you will unobstructed views for atleadt next 25 to 30 years. Project has ground level amentities unlike other projects so you will get garden, kids playing area, senior citizen area and side walking path on the gr floor.
