Good things here
Bus stop is just outside the society. connectivity is good around the society, public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are easily available outside the society. nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, available around the society. The maintainance of the society is good. Management of the society is very good. Security system is good. CCTV cameras are installed all over the society. Lifts are properly functional. I have not yet seen any seepage and leakage issues in my flat. Parking is available for all. All the cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society, neighbours are friendly and cooperative. The appartments in the society are very spacious.
Things need improvement
Swimmingpool is not available in the society. In amenities gym, club house, indor and outdoor games are not available in the society. There are no such improvements required in this society.

Kalesar Hospital is conveniently nearby, and autos and cabs are easily available, making transportation hassle-free. The apartments are well-ventilated, and despite the average cleanliness, the condition of the plaster and paint is good with no patches peeling off. Overall, it�s a comfortable place to live with essential amenities within reach.
Things need improvement
I found several significant issues that impacted the overall living experience. There is noticeable religious disparity, which can create an unwelcoming environment for some residents. The internet connection is problematic due to a monopoly enforced by maintenance, limiting options and reliability. Additionally, water supply issues are frequent, causing inconvenience. Lastly, the requirement for numerous legal and unnecessary agreements adds to the frustration and hassle. These factors significantly detract from the living experience.

The buildings feature excellent construction quality without seepage or termite issues, providing proper ventilation. The society enjoys convenient access to nearby schools, hospitals, and markets, along with designated parking for each resident. Good connectivity and readily available public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs contribute to its accessibility. Regular garbage collection and well-maintained elevators ensure convenience. The friendly, long-term neighbors and available security guard enhance community safety.
Things need improvement
There are issues with internet connectivity, electricity supply, and water availability. Additionally, the lack of amenities such as a gym, garden, play area, and swimming pool limits recreational options for residents, impacting their overall quality of life.

The society was good; there were no issues within the society. Construction quality was also good. But the connectivity was very poor nearby the society.

Good things here
Autos, cabs, and public transport are easily available. The metro station is nearby. Parking is allotted, and painting is done on time. There are hardly any problems with water or electricity supply. Lifts are installed, and the construction quality is good. The society is friendly, and the residents are nice.
Things need improvement
There is a bit of a seepage problem in my flat. The society has all the amenities, but they are not in working condition. The coordination within the committee members and the residents needs to be improved, as it is not good at all.

Good things here
This is on road property so the transportation was easy to access around the society. There were good schools and hospitals near by the society. Rooms were quite spacious and attcahed with balcony. Quality of the construction was strong and steady. 24/7 water and electricity supply was available in the society. Good security system as there were gaurds 24/7 and even cctv were available on each area. Rents were quite reasonable in that area.
Things need improvement
Railway station was far away from the society though bus services available near by the society. Power back up was available for common lights and lifts and for hot water supply only. At that period of time amenities were under construction and delivered to the residents.

The Construction and the proper maintenance is looked at in this residency. Proper safety measures are adapted in this residency for the facility of the customers. The rooms are very spacious.

The connection of this place is really nice. All kinds of public transport are available from this place. Amenities are good around here. Nearby roads are clean and well maintained. This place is quite safe.

This place offers luxurious apartments to its people. Rooms and apartments are really amazing. They are quite large and spacious. People can have a comfortable lifestyle here. Pollution level of this place is moderate.
