The area rarely face power outages or water shortages, is a significant advantage. Both public and private educational institutions schools, banks, malls, and restaurants are all located within a couple of kilometre. The electricity charges are reasonable in this locality. Crime had taken place 50 years ago but after that there is huge security of patrolling police. The locality is well maintained and cabs are also easily available. Even Buses are also available. read more
