The society was located on a slightly inner road, so there was no traffic. Malls and restaurants were within walking distance. Taxis and autos were readily available. The roads outside the society were good. The local railway station was also within walking distance. The society was clean, and water was available 24/7. The flats were well-ventilated. People were good and decent. The lifts were well-maintained. Parking space for residents was good. The landlords were cooperative. read more

The BMC truck used to come for garbage collection, and no one was appointed from the society to collect garbage from each flat. There was no separate parking for visitors. The clubhouse was not built; it was still under development, so we couldn't use the swimming pool or gym. read more
