Good things here
Despite being 10 years old, there haven't been any construction issues, thanks to the high-quality materials used. I've never encountered problems like seepage or water leakage, which speaks to the durability of the building. Maintenance services are top-notch; everything is properly taken care of, from garbage collection to cleanliness and security. The amenities, like the club, gym, and park, are all well-maintained and contribute to a high quality of life. What truly makes it special, though, is the friendly and cooperative atmosphere among the residents. It truly feels like a wonderful community to be a part of. read more

Overall, I find the society to be very good, but there are a couple of areas that could be improved. Firstly, the roads around the society could be better maintained to improve traffic flow and accessibility. Secondly, having a garden in the vicinity would enhance the aesthetic appeal and provide a green space for residents to enjoy. Additionally, improving the maintenance of the surrounding area would contribute to a more pleasant environment overall. Society bohot airy hai. lounge hai vo bohot clean raheta hai. society bohot clean hai. auto and bus sab walking distance pr available hai. kendriya Vidyalaya pas me hai. daily use items pass me mil jate hai. gym properly maintained hai. log kafi friendly hai and sare celebrations sab milke krte hai. security ke liye my gate app use hoti hai. society ke samne ke roads cement ke hai and maintained hai. read more

Senior citizen ka jo park hai vaha pr kafi kachara hai vo saaf nhi hota hai. society ke bahar ka naal bohot khrab hai bhar jata hai and us vajaha se badboo aati hai. bathroom mai ventilation nhi hai. restorents pass me nhi hai. society me swimming pool nhi hai. traffic jam ka issue hai. basketball court thoda damage hua hai. kabootar bohot aate hai us vajahase khachra hota hai. read more

Malls and restaurants were near by the society.There was no water logiing issues inside and utside the apartments.Build quality was great like no leakage and seepage issues in the society.Auto,cabs were easily available in the society. read more
