It is a ready-to-move apartment. I bought a flat. The rooms are special with excellent views from the balcony which makes it heavenly. The society is well developed and well connected by roadways, everything from facilities, amenities to infrastructure is of high class and well maintained. According to me, the apartments are a bit expensive and the maintenance charges are high. During peak hours, there is a traffic jam again. There is also limited space in the parking area. The sewerage treatment situation sometimes worsens during the rainy season. Apart from all this, is one of the good projects in this area. read more

It one has become one of my dream residential complexes to live in. The excellent amenities and facilities include a gym, laundry, swimming pool, business lounge, parking, Wi-Fi connectivity, library, elevators and a lot more. The society is well maintained with high-class infrastructure. Reputed schools, malls, health care centres are well connected with the residential complex. I love the complex connects flyovers and highways which made our transportation easier. It is one of the best trustworthy builders that has won the best residential award. It is a great architectural marvel and I definetly topped it up being a part of the estate. However, there are some difficulties that Me and My family faced here. They promised availibility of various luxurious amenities but some of them does not work efficiently. Like other day I went to have a good workout at the gym but faced some hardship as the treadmil went down after turning on. There is a severe watter logging problem too which needs to be taken care of. Apart from them, I like it here. read more
