The apartment is very budget friendly for the students and the room spaces are so big. The neighbourhood is very helpful and the environment is eco-friendly and also pollution free.

All basic amenities are available near the apartment and there is a good drainage system. Metro and railway stations are available within 4 km. of reach and there is no traffic jam on the road.

24 hours power service is available all time and street lights are good in the area. Many hospitals, shopping malls and banks are available nearby the location and all roads are well maintained.

There are good water facilities but there's a lot of traffic jams in the area. The apartment offers a basketball playground, indoor games facilities for kids and lifting facility also available for older residents.
