Good things here

Very good area for low cost living. Has good connectivity to the city by bus. Has many good schools and colleges near. Hospitals and clinics are also near. Market is at walkable distance from here. Lalbagh, cubbon park and many other places are located within 2-3 kilometres from this area. There is no as such powercut or something but may be during some repairs or weather it will be back within 1hour. read more

Things need improvement

Metro is very far like around 3-3.5 km away so using it is not that easy. Roads are ok in some streets but are not that well maintained in some , roads are also not wide enough in some which may cause parking issues or other issues. We may face water shortage during summers for 1-2 days or may extend 3-4 days which causes trouble to many(this is not a frequent concern but may happen once or twice a year so should be prepared prior to it). read more
