Schools are conveniently situated within 2 kilometers from the society, which is beneficial for residents. Charges are reasonable and vary based on the square footage of the flats. Autos are readily available within the society premises, ensuring easy transportation. The society enjoys a pollution-free environment, offering a peaceful and calm atmosphere. The water facility is reliable, complemented by a power backup system. Residents are friendly, cooperative. Additionally, there is a grocery shop located inside the society for added convenience.
Things need improvement
The society is located in a remote area, making it inconvenient to access facilities such as malls, markets, and cinema theaters, all situated approximately 25 kilometers away. Additionally, the construction quality in the society is poor, resulting in issues such as seepages. Hospitals are also not easily accessible, being approximately 5 kilometers away from the society.

Good things here
The swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, kids' play area, and roads were all well-maintained. The gym boasted modern facilities and was well-kept. Society cleaning was excellent, conducted twice daily to ensure cleanliness. Ample walking space provided a pleasant environment. Water and power facilities were reliable, and maintenance charges were very reasonable.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is very poor, with numerous seepage issues in bathrooms and leakages in the walls, causing significant inconvenience. Moreover, there is a lack of shops such as malls and supermarkets within the society. Maintenance charges are exorbitant, totaling around 4000 rupees, which places a financial burden on residents. Additionally, the main road is distant from the society, leading to a scarcity of public transportation options such as buses within the society premises.

I vacated the society two years ago. The water facility in the society is excellent compared to other societies. Garbage collection is also efficient, taking place daily. My office is conveniently located near the society, just 2 kilometers away. Essential facilities such as grocery shops and markets are available within the society premises. The gym is well-maintained with good equipment. Overall, the atmosphere of the society is very pleasant and welcoming.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is very poor, with numerous seepages in the bathrooms. The railway station is inconveniently located around 5 kilometers away from the society. Autos are not available within a 2-kilometer radius, which is inconvenient. Additionally, maintenance charges in the society are expensive.

The children's play area is spacious and enjoyable for kids. There is ample walking space within the society. Cabs are available through booking with Ola and Uber. Fresh air is abundant in the society, and ventilation is excellent. I vacated the society four years ago. The water facility is good, and all facilities are available within walking distance, including groceries, malls, and markets.
Things need improvement
Garbage collection in the society is inadequate, as the garbage is cleaned only once every three days, which is inconvenient for residents. Pollution is another concern due to the proximity of the main road, leading to excessive sound pollution. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the roads in the society requires improvement.

Neighbors are friendly and actively engage in celebrating every festival together. Maintenance charges are very reasonable, approximately 2000 rupees. Additionally, essential facilities such as D-Mart and markets are conveniently located within a 1-kilometer radius of the society.
Things need improvement
In the area, only small theaters are available, with no nearby multiplex theater. Unfortunately, the construction quality within the society is subpar, evidenced by persistent issues such as bathroom seepages taking up to 10 days to resolve, which is inconvenient for residents.

The water facility in the society is subpar, as it supplies very hard water. Moreover, due to the age of the building, the construction quality is poor, leading to cracks appearing on the walls throughout the society.

The maintenance is commendable, and the society is consistently kept clean. The lift is available and operates smoothly. During my stay, I found the construction quality to be excellent, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems in the society. Additionally, the society offers various amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and play area for kids. There are no concerns regarding water supply or electricity, and drainage problems or waterlogging are not encountered.
Things need improvement
One issue I faced was difficulty accessing public transport outside the society, which can be particularly challenging for elderly residents. Additionally, while there are grocery shops nearby, they may not always offer high-quality products, making it difficult to find fresh vegetables and other grocery items outside the society.

Cabs and autos are accessible outside the society, but not within its premises. The construction quality within the society is subpar, evident from numerous seepage issues in the bathrooms. Moreover, the maintenance of the society by the owner is inadequate, as there are reported pipe leakages that need attention.

Cabs are not available in the society . It will be available in frequent times only. There is no amenities in the society. Construction quality is not good.
