The presence of security measures like CCTV provides a sense of security and peace of mind. The neighbors are cooperative and friendly, creating a family-like atmosphere, which is a significant positive aspect of living here. The construction quality of our buildings is excellent, and it's reassuring that we don't have to deal with seepage or leakage issues in our flats. It made for quite an unpleasant surprise and required some serious pest control measures to address.
