The only minor concern I would like to put forward to the buyers is the walking distance from the apartment to the LB Nagar main road (NH-9) since it is a gated community. It is 0.5 kilometers. Considering the pros of the property I don't think this should be a major concern, But I would like to put this forward with honesty since there is a section in this website to express something to dislike about the locality.
