Newly renovated. New appliances and 2 ACs, 5fans, lots of lights, and curtains. East-facing: Well-lit and ventilated. Fully furnished. <5 minutes from Lilavati Hospital, other labs, schools, market, etc. Close to Bandstand, Hill Rd, yet away from traffic, close to Coastal Rd & Sea-link (drive to Churchgate <30 minutes). Beautiful scenery with trees, shrubs, flowers, gardens, walking areas and children play areas. Peaceful, safe (24-hrs security, gated, CC cameras),. Car parking and storage available, 24 hrs water and backup power. read more

I personally do not find anything that I dislike. I must admit that we have to walk or travel for 10 minutes or so for big markets in bazar, Hill road, etc. read more
