Deccan gymkhana has smooth and spacious roads, that are well maintained by the authorities. The neighborhood friendly and the locality is a safe place for young people and children. It is a well maintained locality with proper lighting on the streets and roads. There are no frequent crime reports. The ongoing metro construction causes severe traffic jams. Parking is an issue for households in Deccan gymkhana and parking is done on roads for most of the visitor vehicles. Some corners are unhygienic in the absence of proper waste disposal facilities in some parts. Being the prime location the house rates are high. read more

Deccan Gymkhana is awesome and build developing place many changes are done within 5 years hair transportation services like Uber, rapido and ola are available. food services like Zomato swiggy zepto are there at door steps. transportation facilities and all the basic amenities like a schools and hospitals are available within few metres. read more

the main problem for the people are traffic jams and there is a huge traffic jams after 7:00 p.m. because of office hours. read more
