Good things here

Easy access to cars, taxis, the metro, and the train station is provided by the strong connectivity. Regular cleaning and waste collection are handled well by the maintenance crew. There are no leaks, seepage, or flaws in the sturdy construction. It's a friendly neighborhood. read more

Things need improvement

Those who live on higher stories find it difficult because there isn't an elevator. Residents who own cars may find it inconvenient as there isn't a designated parking area. Some households may find the unexpected increase in maintenance fees to be a hardship. There are less outdoor activities for kids because there isn't a garden, swimming pool, clubhouse, or kids' play area. Residents must work out outside because the gym is not open. read more
