Good things here

Using more blank space for world class amenities, using my one construction quality, Shapoorji Pallonji is the International level builder.

Things need improvement

Carpet area is less in one and two bhk flats and rate is high compare to carpet area, also maintenence is high.

There is nothing to like here. This is the worst society you can live in. Its mandatory to fill this firld thats why writing it

Please don't ever come to this society. It's the worst choice you can ever make. Electricity issue for 3 days in a week. And water quality is bizarre. Its worse than litter. And management thinks tenants are nothing just slaves.

Many colleges, schools, institutions are available nearby so, there is no need to travel long distances. Bus stand, auto stand, and other public transport facilities are easily available nearby and not just this there are no traffic jams in the area. Roads have street lights, clean and hygienic because of regular maintenance and supportive management. Completely safe and secured for residents as CCTV cameras are there and only verified outside visitors are allowed to enter

Safety is never compromised and one can go out even during the night which means that you can work with a free mind in your office while the family is safe at home Overall a clean and hygienic environment with lots of greenery and amenities in one place.
