Good things here

I'm impressed by the excellent construction quality here, and it's reassuring that there are no issues like seepage or termite problems. The proper ventilation and amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool add to the comfort. Each resident having designated parking and the community diligently following rules are big pluses. Reliable electricity and water supply contribute to a comfortable living environment. The neighbors are friendly, cooperative, and always ready to lend a hand. The presence of CCTV cameras and security guards adds to the sense of security, along with regular garbage collection that includes segregation of wet and dry waste. read more

Things need improvement

The clubhouse isn't managed well, which is disappointing. There's a frequent issue with Uber and Ola cancellations at night, which can be inconvenient. While it's safer now with improved security measures, there were incidents of theft and robbery in the past, especially at night, which made it unsafe to roam around. Even now, traveling by bike still feels risky. Apart from these concerns, everything else is satisfactory. read more

The construction quality of my apartment is impressive, especially considering its affordability. There are no issues with seepage or termites, and the ventilation is excellent. I really appreciate the well-maintained amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool. The neighbors are friendly, which adds to the community feel. It's reassuring to know that elevators, CCTV cameras, and security guards are available for our safety. read more

Things need improvement

Connectivity is a significant issue here. There's no nearby rickshaw stand, and finding Ola or Uber after 6 pm is extremely challenging. Despite promises of an expressway nearby, no progress has been made, although a highway construction project offers some hope for improvement. Maintenance is another concern, garbage isn't collected door-to-door, leading to a mess that attracts street dogs, posing a safety risk within the society premises. Additionally, the water supply heavily relies on tankers, as the borewell water isn't clean enough for regular use. Other than that rest of the things are fine. read more

Good things here

The water quality in the society is very good compared to other societies. Water is delivered to the tankers twice weekly in the society. Power backups are also available in the society. Garbage collection is also good, with daily door-to-door service. There is no pollution in the society. Facilities like supermarkets are available within walking distance in the society. Schools are nearby, and all school buses come into the society for convenience. read more

Things need improvement

Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and a kids' play area are available in the society. However, there is no parking area or function hall in the society. Additionally, the roads are not in good condition within the society. read more

Good things here

There are 3 to 4 bore wells for the water, good electricity supply, and proper garbage collection. No issues regarding leakage , seepage in the building. People are quite friendly. read more

Things need improvement

There is space reserved for amenities in the society but no amenity like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse or park have been constructed. The drainage system is very bad which resulted into spread of dengue in the locality. Roads nearby are in very bad condition which result in very bad connectivity of society. There is no security facility in the society. read more

Good things here

The structure is quite sturdy; there are no leaks or fractures anywhere in the society. Additionally, the area is well-kept, and security and CCTV are always in operation. In times of need, neighbours are supportive and helpful to one another. read more

They have access to all the amenities they require, and everything they need is close by. The locals are happy and think it's a great place to live. There are no issues at all for the people in the society. read more
