The greenery and exteriors of the project were impressive, and the club facilities were excellent. The convenient location and satisfying view from the apartment were also highlights. However, I was disappointed by the poor construction quality, with frequent issues of seepage affecting the overall maintenance. The lack of nearby shops and poor plaster and fittings further added to the negative experience.
