The developer has pretty much given what was guaranteed to every one of the buyers. I like the nature is very amazing with a beautiful view. I find some of the difficulties in this property. They do give us all the promised amenities but someof them are not well managed. Likewise being a fitness freak i love sweating it out with a heavy workout, but the gym here do not have equipments complementing my routine. There are just light weights and people like me find it difficult to workout right. Another mess happens in the rainy days when water gets clogged in. This should be fixed fast. read more

Regency Anantam Phase III is a decent project to live on. Have been living here for a while and the experience is so far great, touch wood. What I like is that the network issue isn't there. And as health-conscious I almost daily use Joggers track, Jasmine creepers on the periphery, Bamboo plantation at the corners, Foxtail palms at the periphery, Lawn, Gazebo, Stepped seating, Benches, Grass pavers, Mounds with palms, Special two – way seating, Shrubs on edge, Box cricket, Tennis court, and Multipurpose court. The venture is prepared; in a generally quiet area with bunches of plant life and open spaces. You can have a beautiful nursery for an evening walk. read more
