check the blow before buying the property here: Do not recommend buying this plot..please beware that this area is a marsh land and will get flood..it's below the level of the road. The land type is agriculture land which has to be converted to Non Agriculture land before building a house. Please check the back side someone said its having a dump yard. Also compare the price which is too high with the Adriot on the OMR. I also have high doubt about the water quality though the site in charge will insists on tasting the ground water. They have included the site development charge in the price they will quote they don't show it separately as they have to give GST to government on that. They hide all the taxes and will not give GST for the same. Please look for red Flags as there is no looking back once you pay all you hard earned money. Last not the least please be careful before giving money to them immediately as getting refund is very very difficult from them it took me 1 month to get my money that also with 25k deductions. read more
