The roads outside the society are in good condition, and there are no construction-related problems like leakage or seepage. The residents are friendly, and the lifts are well-maintained. The society is not located near a metro station or a local railway station. While all modern amenities are available, they are located on the ground floor, making them susceptible to waterlogging during heavy rainfall. There is occasionally a shortage of water supply. The society is very good, and I want to buy a flat here myself. The connectivity is excellent, with autos, buses, malls, and restaurants nearby. The maintenance of the society is very good, and there are not many problems with water cleanliness. There is no leakage or seepage in the flats. All modern amenities are available and are of top class. The residents are good. The parking facilities are very good. Our landlord is very good. read more

Cabs were easily available. The roads outside the society were good. Water was available 24/7. All modern amenities were available in the society. The society was clean, and the residents were cooperative. The lifts were well-maintained, and there was sufficient parking. read more

When I was living there, it was during the COVID times, and autos were not easily available. There was a bit of traffic near the Kalyan flyover, which is a little distance away from the society. There was some moisture buildup in the flats. read more
