I love living at Piramal Mahalaxmi. Smart city feature is there including 24-7 CCTV surveillance. Sometimes waterlogging and mobile network issues but not so much that will have to be highlighted much. Maintenance and security are good at the project and overall locality is without much hassle. Lots of greenery and open space for residents but some issues like water supply from the corporation, poor maintenance, and high maintenance charge. Some flats have also reported issues with construction quality. Some noise from construction in the daytime. But this project offers a good location which is the biggest advantage for me. So far happy to live here! read more

Piramal Mahalaxmi has mostly given what they promised but some issues remain. I am overall satisfied but need improvement. Paying a lot more for maintenance costs than expected and still municipal water is not there. They should improve maintenance and fix some minor issues with construction quality. The area is safe but some waterlogging in the monsoon. If you are working from home, have to deal with construction noise but the mobile tower is decent. The project offers good amenities like a swimming pool, gym and a lot more. Lots of open space and greenery. It is a gated community. So that the outsider needs to pass to enter the society. read more

Located in a scenic setting that overlooks the Mahalaxmi Racecourse and the Arabian Sea. Piramal Mahalaxmi is the new address for luxury in the maximum city of Mumbai. The project attracted me with a swimming pool, 24-7 CCTV monitoring. The master plan is designed in such a way that these Apartments comprise wide space with proper ventilation. The interiors are beautifully crafted with a designer tiled floor, granite counter slab in the kitchen, modern sanitary fittings in the bathroom, and huge windows for proper sunlight. The network sometimes fluctuating but not much. Monsoon water accumulation is also temporary but there Most importantly the security system here is the most commendable. read more

The remaining 40% is the issue with no municipal water now, very high cost of maintenance, and issue with construction quality in some apartments. The project has three landmark towers i.e. Tower I (South), Tower II (Central), and Tower III (North), each offering unique breathtaking views and unparalleled luxuries. Piramal Mahalaxmi project is a luxurious residential development like no other. Many schools are nearby Amenities are good. Piramal Mahalaxmi has given me great experience on a reasonable budget in Mumbai. The key attraction is the nice open space, so much greenery and open space which is wonderful for relaxing in evening and weekends. I also love sports facilities for children including a swimming pool, all other outdoor and indoor facilities. Featuring quality fittings and fixtures, these are luxurious yet affordable homes for the residents. It is ideally located in the heart of the city, you are always at the centre of both business and leisure. Everything is satisfactory from construction quality and interior to maintenance service.
