It takes hardly 5 minute walk to reach the nearest grocery store or shop for daily needs. However, you may have to walk a bit for grocery shopping, but the positives of this place are greater as compared to any small negative point, and I would recommend this project to those who are looking to buy a luxurious apartment or flat at this location.
