Good security arrangements with regular police patrolling makes it overall a safer place for the residents. Homes are spacious and good fittings in the bathroom and kitchen along with large windows to allow fresh air and sunlight.

I also like the cleanliness in and around the area especially the roads are clean and maintained regularly. there are many colleges, hospitals and schools nearby.
