Living in our society has its challenges. The persistent leakage problem is a major concern, gradually deteriorating the building's quality. It's frustrating to see this issue affecting our homes. Additionally, some tenants cause problems, disrupting the community's harmony. Despite these issues, we're working together to address them and improve our living conditions. read more

Good things here

Festivals like Holi and Diwali were celebrated enthusiastically. There was covered parking available for residents. Malls, markets, supermarkets, and grocery stores were all nearby. The society had proper ventilation, and public transport was easily accessible with autos and buses right at the society gate. Garbage collection was done on time. The garden, clubhouse, and play area were well-maintained. read more

The gym and swimming pool were average. During that time, the metro was under construction, so commuting to the office was a bit difficult. There was no guest parking, so guests had to park their cars outside the society. read more

Good things here

Connectivity is good here with proper parking spaces and autos, cabs and rickshaws easiky accessible. People here are good natured and engaging . There are no issues regrding water supply , electricity supply or cleanliness, everything is well maintained here. Lift facility is available, security is also okay here , i dont face any issue regarding this. read more

There are no amenities available like gyms, swimming pools or club house. sometimes during rainy season, I also face issues regarding seepage and cracks in the wall. read more

Good things here

I like that the public transport is easily available like buses, autos, and cabs accessible. There's regular garbage collection, and the electricity and water supply are 24hrs present. My neighbors are very friendly and supportive, always there to help each other in times of need. read more

Things need improvement

There are some issues with leakage and cockroaches. The plaster and overall construction quality could be better. Although amenities like a gym and swimming pool are present, we are not allowed to use them. read more

This neighborhood is excellent, with a hospital right next to the society and a government hospital just 100 meters away. Covered parking is available, and the construction quality is superb. There's 100% power backup, no water issues, and all necessary amenities are provided. read more
