Good things here

The elevators are always in good working order, and the construction quality of the apartments is top-notch. The spaces are roomy, with excellent ventilation and no issues with seepage or termites. The POP finish on the interiors adds a really classy touch. They are great about regular garbage collection and properly segregating wet and dry waste. Parking is assigned for each resident, which is super convenient. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are all well-maintained and great to have. The neighbors are wonderful�everyone is friendly and respects each other�s privacy. Plus, the location is really convenient with schools, hospitals, and markets all nearby. read more

Things need improvement

I lived there during COVID, so I didn't get to experience autorickshaws much, but cabs were available. During the first wave, the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and other common areas were closed, but they were reopened later. Other than that, everything was up to the mark. read more

Good things here

The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues. The apartments have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings. Markets are nearby, and each resident has designated parking. Rules are followed, and the electricity and water supply are reliable. The neighbors are very nice, friendly, and cooperative, always ready to help. The elevators are installed and maintained well, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards available. Regular garbage collection is done with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. read more

Things need improvement

When I used to live there, getting autorickshaws was a bit of an issue since the society was in its initial stages, but cabs were always just a call away. The amenities were still under construction, but I think they might be completed by now. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. read more

The property is very spacious with a modern design and construction. It is conveniently located within 1 km of a hospital, school, bus stop, and supermarket. The road conditions are good, with functioning street lights and ample parking space for residents. Currently, amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are under construction. The maintenance charges are reasonable, covering 24/7 water and power supply, daily cleaning, and garbage collection. The building itself is newly constructed, and the surrounding neighborhood is friendly and peaceful. read more

The society occasionally faces water logging issues, which have been a concern raised by residents. Steps are being taken to address and resolve the problem promptly. read more

The railway station is conveniently close, and the airport is also within reasonable distance, which is convenient for travel. The neighborhood is friendly and pleasant, contributing to a comfortable living environment. Power backup and water supply are great. All basic amenities are available here, gym, swimming pool etc. For children it's nice parks are here, schools, hospitals are nearby. Online deliveries are also not a problem here. It is a well maintained apartment. read more
