Good things here

Connectivity here was okay because of easy accessibility to autos, rickshaws and cabs , parking space is also sufficient. Gyms, swimming pools , garden everything is provided and it is well maintained. Security facilities are also okay, CCTV's are there. ventilation is good too, Garbage collection facilities are also provided by the society. read more

Things need improvement

Most of the people here are doing a corporate jobs they go around 8 am and be back by 9 pm so people are not very engaging as they don't have much time, they prefer to relax alone on holidays, apart from these, Metro station is about 10 km away from the society which makes difficulty in commuting and there are also water supply and electricity issues. read more

In my opinion, the construction quality here is not good. We often have problems like leaks and water seeping in. Plus, we don't have amenities like a gym or swimming pool. It would be great if we could improve these facilities for everyone's benefit. read more

Dealing with pests like cockroaches, rodents, and bedbugs is a real headache here. Even though we've tried to tackle the problem, they keep coming back, making life uncomfortable and posing health risks for everyone living here. read more
