It is offering high-class apartments to combine luxury and comfort in a perfect blend. I am very happy with the location as it connects Western express Highway and railway stations. The society is well maintained with top-notch infrastructure. Good schools, colleges and markets are nearby. The upcoming metro is in full swing and society is pollution-free. The most attractive aspect of the premium project is the project provides me a magnificent green expanse of Ghodbunder Road. I had booked a premium apartment in J.K Iris and I am totally disappointed with the project. There is a lot of water shortage in the area and the parking space is not enough. The road is also not maintained and sometimes the street lights create an issue. There is also a lot of traffic during peak hours. The is not properly maintained and it becomes unhygienic quite a lot of times. The premium apartment is expensive. The marketplace is also a bit far away. I would not really recommend this project but would suggest everyone check before investing. read more

The location of the project is excellent as it connects Ghodbunder road, metro stations, railway stations, Western express Highway etc. I love the architecture and infrastructure are inspired by the new classical age that ensures a high-class lifestyle.
