Facilities are good like spacious gym , swimming pool, power back are there .

Connectivity is not good like public transport issue of auto .maintenance charge is very costly. construction quality should be improved , on rainy season basement fill with water read more

Good things here

Everything in the society is excellent, including connectivity and building construction. The amenities are top-notch, and pets are welcome without any issues. Additionally, the residents are also pet-friendly. read more

Things need improvement

During extremely cold or rainy weather, maintaining cleanliness becomes challenging. The construction quality is somewhat poor, and there is currently no swimming pool in the society. However, construction is underway to add one. read more

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool,club house, play area for kids are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues are not faced. No such major electricity issues are faced. People are friendly and cooperative. Mobile network issues are not faced in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly. CCTV is avilable and works properly. read more

The constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. cultural events and festivals are not celebrated together in the society. Noise pollution issues are faced a lot due to construction works. Drainage system is average, water logging issues are faced in the society which needs to be improved. read more
