As the place has a huge plus point of being close to sea the whole place is filled with street vendors and street markets, which sells great local foods at a good price and the food is very tasty. Good place to go out walking or to just relax by the sea shore.

The 3bhk apartments are very good in condition and it really feels great to live here for the past 2 years and sea facing view is serene. It looks so pretty, the sunset and sunrise looks surreal. The air quality is very good and pure.

The security is top notch as this place is very active. People are always on road so the vehicles are always running and the streets are always filled with people . So its quite safe to travel at night. Even some public transport are available..

The transport facility is very good, as this a tourist attracted place and so many autos and rickshaws run all the time with a fair price. So basically commuting is very easy and comfortable. You can get autos just outside the main gate.
