Good things here
Transportation connectivity is really good with the main road connected to the society where buses, cabs and autos are available. Hospitals and schools are nearby. Maintenance is satisfactory with timely disposal of garbage and cleanliness maintained. Construction quality is also satisfactory with no seepage and leakage issues. Residents are friendly and cooperative. read more
Things need improvement
The metro nearby the society is currently under construction. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available in the society premises. read more

There aren't any taxi services close to the neighborhood, and there aren't any malls nearby either. The roads outside the neighborhood are in bad shape because of ongoing construction, which causes a lot of problems and safety risks. The building itself isn't constructed well, with issues like leaking water. Also, there's not enough water supply, and there aren't any security cameras around for safety. read more

The society enjoys well-maintained elevators, CCTV surveillance, and a reliable security guard. Despite being 15 years old, the buildings showcase excellent construction quality with no seepage, leakage, cracks, or termite issues. Proper ventilation and ample sunlight add to the comfort. Good things here
The only positive thing I can think about the society is that the people are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Festivals itne acche se aur saath manaye jaate hain ki apne ghar ki yaad nahi aati. read more

Roads are very narrow around the society, crowded hai jagah. Drainage system is not good, water logging issues are faced in the society. The constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Paintings are not done on time in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. Water supply issues are also faced sometimes. read more

Society me leakage/seepage ka issue hai, gharon ke andar hain yeh issues. Waterlogging ka issue hai society ke bahar, baarisho me hota hai waterlogging ka issue hai. Thodi parking extra ho sakti hai toh better hoga. read more
