Some negative factors that I should include here that are several potholes that have been occurred in the internal roads in this region as the local people reported and that can create road accidents also. During monsoon, the potholes get filled with water and create huge difficulty to pass by. Most if the time, water supply gets intermittently affected due to lack of rainfall in summer for locating at an extreme dry place. read more

Great facilities, this project is one of the best projects - this gives everything like Avenue, Tree Plantation, Covered Car Parking, Gym, Lift, Outdoor games and Play Area and beautiful and premium interior fixture. Construction and design are up to the mark. Maintenance and service offers from the developer are very good. The area is very safe and luxurious. All the shopping centers, restaurants, schools, hospitals, and offices are nearby. Monsoon creates waterlogging and traffic jams sometimes in the area.
