Moreover, there is room for improvement in almost every parameter. The amenities, including the gym, pool, and clubhouse, need better maintenance and upgrades. Good things here
I really loved the greenery and the beautifully designed exterior of our society. The connectivity, although not perfect, was decent enough with autorickshaws and cabs readily available. They did a great job with regular garbage collection, ensuring proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Despite the amenities being there, we unfortunately couldn't use them much due to the COVID-19 restrictions. However, I must say, the swimming pool was in a fantastic location, which was a big plus. The neighborhood was also quite nice, with convenient access to autorickshaws and cabs. read more

One major issue we faced was with leakage in the past, which was a bit of a hassle. Additionally, while all the amenities were available, their use was restricted during COVID-19, which was disappointing. read more

I appreciate the proximity of schools, hospitals, and markets. The society has good connectivity with easily available public transport, and the roads are in good condition. There is regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry garbage segregation, and the overall maintenance of the society is great. Elevators are installed and well-maintained. The construction quality is decent, with proper ventilation. Amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are available and maintained. The gym lacks proper maintenance and equipment; there should be more and better gym equipment. Other than that, everything is awesome, and I can't think of any other aspect of the society that requires improvement. read more
